PetHalloween is an Android app developed by Libii (Rooms 1318-19, 13/F, Hollywood Plaza, 610 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.).

PetHalloween first became available on 15 Oct 2015. It is estimated that PetHalloween has been downloaded between 100000 and 500000 times from the Play Store.

PetHalloween 1.0 requires the following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to write to external storage.
